To purchase tickets online is simple: simply choose the duration (24, 48 or 72 hours), select the date, proceed to payment and download your voucher which you need to print and present it when you board the bus. Bear in mind that the printed voucher is mandatory as staff at Florence City Sightseeing on the vehicle do not accept documents on smart phones or other electronic devices.
Once you have boarded the bus (at any station and any line) your printed voucher will be withdrawn by a member of staff who, in return, will give you a real journey ticket that you must show whenever you board a new bus of City sightseeing Florence bus.
In the event of a large turnout, especially in summer, sometimes the buses could be already full, in which case you'll have to wait for the next one.
